Vintage V300MH Mahogany Folk Series

The Vintage V300MH’s build echoes Martin’s austerity instruments of the 30’s and 40’s, typified by the all-mahogany style 15’s, As a result the V300MH is plain with no binding, the only decoration being a herringbone soundhole rosette and the finish is near matt with a really nice ‘woody’ feel.

The V300MH is all-mahogany, with a solid top and laminated back & sides. Helped almost certainly by it’s minimalist finish, light all-up weight and relatively deep rims the V300MH delivers a robust performance for it’s size. volume, projection and sustain emerge easily, whilst the tone has a generous degree of warmth in the mids and lows, suprising for a guitar of this size in this class.
