Tanglewood Roadster X Series – TRX5E – Dreadnought Natural

The Roadster X series TRX5E guitar is a versatile and robust instrument designed for musicians who seek both quality and performance. Featuring a Dreadnought body shape, the TRX5E offers a powerful, rich tone with plenty of volume and projection. The large body shape enhances its deep resonance, making it ideal for both strumming and fingerstyle playing. Whether you’re performing on stage or recording in the studio, the Dreadnought shape ensures your sound will be heard with clarity and depth.

At the heart of the TRX5E is a Spruce top, a wood known for its bright, clear, and dynamic tonal characteristics. The Spruce top gives the guitar an excellent level of projection, ensuring that every note rings out with a crisp, defined sound. The combination of Spruce with Ovangkol back and sides adds a layer of warmth and complexity to the tone. Ovangkol, with its dense and vibrant nature, provides a deep and rich resonance, creating a perfect balance between bright clarity and warm, mellow undertones. This pairing of woods makes the TRX5E a versatile instrument, suitable for a wide range of musical genres and playing styles.

Fitted with the Tanglewood TEQ MX EQ system, the TRX5E offers easy amplification and tonal control. Whether you’re plugged into an amplifier or using it for recording, the built-in EQ system allows you to adjust the sound to suit your preferences, ensuring the guitar’s voice remains clear and dynamic in any environment.

The natural gloss finish enhances the guitar’s visual appeal, showcasing the beautiful wood grain while providing durability and protection. The Roadster X series TRX5E is an ideal choice for musicians who demand both high-quality sound and superior playability, making it a reliable and stylish option for players at all levels.
