Lussier In Memoriam Elegie op18 horn

Written in 2004, ‘In Memoriam’ was written in remembrance of a great friend of Mathieu Lussier’s family, Paul Lallo, who passed away in 2002. Paul’s son Frederic, being a horn player, was a natural inspiration for the piece. It depicts the numerous stages of grief and loss that we go through when we lose a close friend.
