Don’t be Afraid of the Pedals for Pianist-turned-Organist Colin Hand

This is a superb guide for the pianist- turned – organist in developing the use of not just the pedals but also of the stops, couplers and swell pedals of the organ.
The pieces are arranged progressively, starting with the use of one manual and two pedal notes, through to two manuals and up to six pedal notes. As well as being a tutor for the new or improving organist, the combination of hymns and voluntaries presented in this book provide practical repertoire for church use.
